Casey Jones Part Two sniperkingftw March 1 2010, 12:23:37 UTC
(( ffff, it's been pointed out to me now that he's specified as 25. And I can't edit that one, haa. /never happened ))

Strengths:
Physical: For your average human being, Casey is pretty damn strong. He doesn't have any super-abilities, but he can carry a hefty amount of weight and put a lot of power behind his strikes. He also appears to have no problem making the rounds via roof-jumping like his green pals in most episodes he's appeared in. And like several cartoon characters, he's capable of withstanding quite a bit of damage. You know, hurled backwards into a brick wall or beaten up and held in captivity only to kick ass a few minutes later.
Emotional: He can be a very understanding person- good for venting to, good for picking a stress-releasing fight with, that kind of thing. He's a decent hand at reading people, likely to determine in the first few minutes of meeting someone whether or not they're less than desirable company. It doesn't always work, true- he and Raph started off on a particularly bad foot and just look at them now- but it's consistent enough to come in handy.
Mental: Casey Jones has street smarts, and he has them in spades. He knows his home turf like the back of his hand and he is occasionally resourceful enough to use that to his advantage. Also excellent at providing distractions, though I'm not sure whether that counts as a mental strength.

Weaknesses:
Physical: He's tough and resilient, but he's still just a normal human being. If you stab him, shoot him, push him off of a cliff, hit him over the head enough times, he'll go down and he'll probably go down hard. Even if he doesn't act like it, he's still completely mortal and able to be injured.
Emotional: Temper, temper, temper. He's hotheaded in a manner that rivals Raphael and, despite the fact that he's improved a bit over the course of the series, it's still likely to show. He can be distracted by this. Casey also tends to be very reckless in regards to his own safety. Apart from that, he's just an emotional guy in general. Wears his heart on his sleeve and can't stand to leave a person in trouble when he could at least try to help. Sometimes logical thinking loses out to this trait.
Mental: Street smarts, yes, but book smarts are not his strong suit. He can read and write and pay his bills (how he manages this without proof of a steady canon job is beyond me), but he never seemed to see the need to go out of his way to learn what, in his opinion, he wouldn't need.
