Strengths: Physical: Maron is able to perform rhythmic gymnastics, which gives her an advantage in a fight by way of acrobatics and flexibility. She can hold her own in a fight, but not very well. She does so mainly by being able to get away from people who are attacking her. She uses things normally used for rhythmic gymnastics as weapons (her ribbon, her ball) as Jeanne, and it gives the impression that she would do the same in her civilian form as well.
Also, because of her ability to transform into Jeanne and her being the reincarnation of Jeanne d'Arc, she is able to keep herself from being possessed by demonic forces (this can also couple for a mental strength).
Mental: As stated before, she has an innate ability to not be possessed by demonic forces because of her reincarnation. She's also good at taking some degree of mental abuse, but it depends on what sort it is. Maron is a pretty smart cookie as well, and knows some basic strategy. It comes with being a theif and needing to get out of sticky situations. She's also very crafty and comes up with good pranks to pull on people, or ways to play matchmaker. Maron uses this to trick her enemies, or taunt them if she's feeling overconfident.
Emotional: Emotionally, Maron isn't very strong, but she does have a few strengths such as being able to convince herself that things are all right, even if they aren't, and that she has at least enough strength to finish what she set out to do, no matter what.
Weaknesses: Physical: Maron physically isn't very strong, and even though she can take a few blows, she can't take many of them repeatedly. She's just as human as anyone and can suffer from illness, broken limbs, and death.
Mental/Emotional: Since her mental weaknesses are linked with her emotional weaknesses, I'll be combining the two for her. Maron has a lot more mental and emotional weakness than strengths; one of which is after repeated mental blows, she eventually breaks down. Anything that reveals her insecurity, mentally or emotionally, is a devastating blow to her, and she hates for anyone to know just how screwed up she really is. Part of her weakness is the fear of darkness, if only because of how often she was left alone in the apartment she and her parents shared (when they were actually around). Things that otherwise mock her and her weaknesses and her inability to cope with things and her inability to open up and really love someone are things that just are Not Good for her at all.
Maron aslo has mental/emotional issues with people she considers close leaving her alone, whether they're doing it subconsciously or consciously. She wants to be needed, and in turn can be needy though she tries her hardest not to let that happen. She seeks acceptance and recognition, something she never got from her parents.
