Personality: To put it very bluntly, Viola is creepy. Her voice has been described as being able to make your soul shrivel up and die, or like evil seeping in through your ears. She has no qualms about slipping death threats into every day conversation-and not even being particularly subtle about it. However, she reserves those death threats to those who she doesn’t like, or who owe her money. She’s got no forgiveness for late debtors, those who break their promises or their word, traitors or liars. She’s especially vengeful towards those who wrong her or people that she values.
Most of the time, she’s quiet and polite to those whom she meets. She doesn’t really show many emotions but past the unnerving demeanour, she isn’t really a bad person. She knows the difference between what is necessary and what is simply unnecessary and evil. Those that she ‘likes’ she’s polite and respectful towards, and refrains from threatening with ‘very strong coffee’. She’s never really friendly, at least in the traditional sense.
Due to her upbringing, she’s generally been taught to look out for herself, and was told to not put her full trust in many people. She knows how to take care of herself, even though her body is quite frail. She’s skilled with cooking and has a superb knowledge of poisons and other methods when it comes to killing a person. She’s also very unobtrusive-more than once in the game she snuck up behind Maya and Phoenix without either of them noticing her presence. She doesn’t stick her nose in strangers’ business, and expects the same from them. She will often do things herself in lieu of letting someone else do it. She’s very perceptive, and seems to have a sense for those who aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing.
She’s easily influenced by peoples’ helpfulness, and will become quite loyal to those who show her any sort of kindness. She will become protective of them, and even vengeful if they’re hurt. She became affectionate and loyal to Furio Tigre, even though deep inside she knew he was only staying with her out of fear of her grandfather. In that way, wanting to trust people by their word, she’s rather naïve.
Strengths: Physical: Despite being very delicate, Viola knows how to take care of herself. She’s quite unobtrusive. Don’t be too surprised if she comes up behind someone and they don’t even notice her. This makes it easy for her to slip away from situations, and she’s quite quick on her feet.
Mental: She’s very clever and perceptive, and knows how to get something done. If someone is doing and trying not to have her notice, they’ll likely not succeed; at she’s very good at spotting little details. She possesses a lot of knowledge on how to ‘take care’ of people, and is good with first impressions and about who she should avoid or not.
Emotional: Viola knows how to keep her emotions under control. She can swallow her fear in the face of things and, despite slipping death threats into conversation, is very good at controlling her temper.
Weaknesses: Physical: Due to her previous life-threatening injury, her body is (understandably) quite weak. Even now, she is still recovering from her surgery and has to be careful with her self. Before that, she’s always been rather delicate.
Mental: Viola will often have trouble understanding peoples’ motivations or reasoning. She is also no stranger to violence, but other situations will often confuse her more than anything. Such as being brought to another world. She also, surprisingly enough, has hatred towards anything ‘evil’, an odd trait for the granddaughter of a mob boss.
