Money is evil and other news
Well, I went back to the doctor today to hear about my MRI. Everything in my knee is fine...which means that I have a killer case of tendonitis that the doctor doesn't know when it will go away. He put me on Celebrex, which is doing wonders at the moment. It's like my knee is almost normal. If this doesn't work, then physical therapy here I come!!
News flash: Buying a house is expensive. I'm having to part with sums of money that I've never written checks for before. This makes things a wee bit stressful. But, come next weekend the last payment will be due and then money stress will go away. We get to go to the design center next weekend and pick out our tile, countertops, and carpet (and any other upgrades we might want).
Parent-teacher conferences are over halfway done. No one has yelled and screamed at me yet. Even the parents of 8th graders that can't graduate have been fairly civil.
My parents are way excited about the house and James and I and well, basically everything. They even gifted us with half of the holding cost of the house. Monday I reserved the church, so at least we know where we will get married. Wedding planning is more fun than stressful. I'm looking forward to finding a dress and picking out flowers and such.
