Kiddy pulled up near the bus station in her shiny new police car. She was still getting used to the job, doing things like following orders and actually responding over the radio whether she wanted to or not. She was not so happy about having the night shift this week however, which made her already grumpy usual mood even worse.

She stepped out of the vehicle, still wearing her A.M.P uniform since she refuses to wear the Lucerne police attaire. It was still obvious that she had authority of some kind, even if the acronym A.M.P meant nothing here. She clicked on her flashlight and proceeded to walk into the building. She had gotten a report about some teenagers vandalising stuff and although she could care less she still had to go put a stop to it.

Eric heard the noise of the car as it pulled up, and like a defensive animal on an unknown territory he disappeared into the darkness. It felt odd though as he dashed like lightning into the shadows, for his legs felt... almost sluggish. He was still faster than normal humans, but something felt restrained, like weights on the bottom of his feet. Even within the deep shadows he could see out into the dark area easily, like it was daylight to him.

Sniffing the air he attempted to put together the arrival. Woman, he thought Something is... wrong... Her scent was off, just like this place was. The female hormones in the air that came off her naturally told him human woman, but something about the strength of it was off. It was unsettling, which only grew with the fact that he was in a strange area.

Standing in the shadows he stood silently, and his certain lack of need for breathing aided in his stealth.

Kiddy grumbled as she slammed the car door shut, not at her hardest of course, since she doesn't want to destroy the new car. She thought she heard a sound, but she appeared to be unshaken by it. She figured whatever it was she would just shoot it. That would get rid of the vandalism problem. She took out one of her handguns just to be prepared but it's nothing compared to the bigger and strange looking gun on her back. After looking around for a moment she decided there were no idiotic teens vandalising stuff and that it must have been a false alarm. She hated these kind of calls. Really it was because the police had nothing better to do right now.

She muttered aggrivatedly to herself as she walked back to the car. As the flashlight panned across the car she noticed one of her tires had a nail in it. "Son of a fucking bitch." She got a tire out of the trunk and lifted the car with her own hands like it a card board box as she replaced the tire.

Mays I try and glamour her? ^.^ charmingkrak September 16 2010, 13:25:42 UTC
Most certainly a woman Eric thought to himself as he heard her walk around. Something in the air was still on edge, and there was a familiar click of metal shifting in a hand, a gun no less. It was not something he was afraid of, and something told him to doubt silver bullets.

Slipping his hands into his pocket, he shifted from the shadows, following after the noise of her returning to her car. Pondering back to his blackout, he wondered how long it had been since he fed, and the thankfulness for a young woman appearing certainly appealed to his appetite.

His footsteps were dead silent against the concrete, as if he made no noise at all before coming up closer to the front of the car, that way, there would be no sudden surprises from behind. He did not, of course, expect her to LIFT the car to replace the tire. Something is not right here."Uh, excuse me," Eric posed with a hand in the air, a sheepish smile set on his face. Hundreds of years, and he had still yet to really master how to blend in as a human. "Miss Officer? I'm.... ( ... )

XD you can try lol lovely_cyborg September 16 2010, 20:04:20 UTC
The sudden voice made her jump a little and she dropped the car quickly. She was not about to have a human, or so she assumes, see her holding up her car. The new tire attached to the car landed on her foot and she didn't even notice. Truthfully she couldn't even feel it.

"Yeah what do you want?" Her voice was clearly tired and cranky. She slipped her foot out from under the car nonchalantly, hoping that he wouldn't really notice because for a human that would not be normal. Her foot was deffinately not smashed and she showed no signs of having even been injured.

More odd, he thought to himself as he looked over the car, and that smiling mask disappeared to something straight and serious, analytical but very hard to read. It was a perfect view of completely withdrawn emotions and not a single way to read those cold green eyes of him. Acting a fool wouldn't do him better.

"To see you pick up that car again, that was quite a feat," he said rather calmly, his voice dancing on the edge of sensual as he walked closer, not showing any fear of the strength she held. "It must be what," he asked as he put his hand on the hood, and slowly slid his cold digits up the metallic surface. "Four thousands, five thousand pounds?"

Kiddy almost growled. "Don't get too excited, it was a one time fluke." It was really the only excuse she could give him. There is no way a human could show that kind of strength, not even a fluke. The sad truth is that the metallic suface of the car was not much different than herself.

"Who the hell are you, anyways?" It was very common for her to demand someone's name before introducing herself. Her posture is very different from a cop or even a woman, she stood in a very manly, almost thug like way.

"Do they not teach you courtesy at your ... academy training? How ever they train police these days?" he asked, his voice still calm and smooth, not at all disturbed by either her anger, or the entire scenario. Sookie spoke with such harshness, but not with this sort of blunt offense.

Turning his eyes back to hers he locked with them, and attempted to keep his gaze in hers as he walked forward. Slowly, his own insides emptied out, and made himself open to try and pull her mind into his. It was an odd sort of stare, like a snake staring at it's pray with such intent to paralyze it with only it's eyes. He was going to glamour his way to information, seeing as it would be frustrating to press it forward like a normal human. With his own being emptied out so, he could pull her in, and control her mind from within his without her knowing, let alone remembering.

"I am but a stranger in this land... I think it's best to introduce yourself?"

Kiddy rolled her eyes. Men are assholes. She thought to herself. Really she would love to snap at him for his remark, but she is tired and her time is not worth fighting with him right now.

When her violet eyes locked with his her stare remained cold and harsh. She showed no fear in them, and even a certain lack of humanity relfected in them. Even without going into her mind, alot could be told just from the fearlessness of her eyes.

Her mind however, is a constant state of anger. Infact, it's a miracle she doesn't have some health problem from it. "I'm Kiddy Phenil." She answered his question, which she wasn't sure why, at least not without a snarky response. "Now then, who the hell are you?" She asks again not backing down. There is a certain part of her brain that can't be accessed. Things like motor skills and contolling of most body parts. Simply because it's just not there.

It was sad that vampires couldn't really read thought, only control others. He would have completely agreed with her, especially about himself. But this woman was rather... intriguing with her strength and her bluntness. It reminded him greatly of his Pam, bitching about her favorite pumps and how horrible children were. There was just no smile in this woman's eyes, which was something he would have preferred ( ... )

Kiddy clenched her fists at his words. She couldn't pull her eyes away and that bothered her. This guy was deffinately prying and even already a witness to her differences from normal people. "Touch my mind..?" She wasn't sure what he was doing to her, but she was starting to get the feeling he isn't human either.

Somehow she was struggling to keep the answer of what she is to herself. Only one person in lucerne besides herself knows and she really didn't want word spreading about what a freak she is. "I'm a..." she managed to force herself not to say it. "First, what the fuck are you!?" She managed to say.

[[ooc: If he keeps pressing it, she'll tell him, it just wouldn't be very Kiddy-like if she didn't go down fighting it XD]]

"Very strange indeed..." he whispered as he felt over her mind with his fingers, feeling things disconnected that he should have control of with the glamouring strings. She was struggling so well, and he was rather excited about this fact! Very few could avoid the press of the glamouring, and most of them he could tell at first glance their origin. But this one was intriguing.

So much like Sookie...

"You don't need to scream," his voice sooth as he stepped closer, now being only a foot or so in distance, but his hands stayed at his side. "I do not plan on hurting you...." it was a command in the attempt to get her to calm down, but she was struggling so hard. "I am a vampire... removed from my own world..." He opened his mouth, letting the fangs shoot downward and reveal himself. "Now I have given you the courtesy of revealing myself. I would like to know what you are. Would you please tell me?"

[OOC: Thats ok. I expected it. Eric will get his way or go down fighting too :3]

Kiddy didn't necessarily believe in vampires, then again there were worse things where she was from. Infact a vampire wasn't too different from a class three or four lucifer hawk. "I'm a...megadyne." If she had to say it, at least he might not know what a megadyne is, since no one here is from her time period. When she said it though, her anger became fury. She absolutely hated to think about it, and even worse to talk about it. "What the hell are you doing to me?" Kiddy would like to shoot this guy about now.

"It's called glamouring," he whispered again, keeping his voice so calm and cool, like smooth velvet rolling in the air around her mind. "It's... a sort of mind control that we vampires use to gain information, to feed off of our pray."

His hand reached out and touched her cheek, fingers feeling over softly with very cold digits, smooth, but so close to deathly cold. "Usually I'm not having such a trouble getting into someone's mind. I can set the urges... but you're not all there. What is a megadyne? Why can I feel I can't force your body?" he asked, the touch on her cheek graceful, seductive, but also soothing. "I won't hurt you, if you do not hurt me..."

That actually got a slight blush out of Kiddy, mostly because she could actually feel her face. It's kind of frightening to see her blush, especially when at the same time she looked like she would readily kill you.

Once he said mind control she began struggling harder. She knows how dangerous she can be when she isn't in control. Even her sleepwalking had almost injured her roommate. She finally caved in. "A megadyne is...an android used for combat. I lost my body because of a megadyne named..." She really couldn't say his name right now, or she would be sent into a full out rampage. "I'm a cyborg."

Eric had been around for hundreds of years, and had assumed he had come in contact with every mythical thing that this world had to offer- well, his world had to offer. Here before something he considered fictional his hand with drew, and gave a rather curious face.

"Cyborg," he said, recognizing that word from television shows of his era and some decades before hand. Half human, half robot he realized. "Do not attack me when I release my glamouring. It will do you no good, and your rage will only increase in frustration," he whispered one last time, the command urging, and hoping it would linger even after he's let her go. With a blink of his eyes and what appeared to be a deep breath he released his spell, and the fangs in his mouth retracted.

"You, my dear, are very intriguing," he stated quite honestly as his hand came back down to her side. "What world have I stumbled upon to meet such a creature as you?"
