Ciel was not certain what Ryuzaki wanted to talk about, but if there was anyone he would appreciate meeting with in his current state, it would be that rather unconventional man. Though the older detective was a bit off, he was oddly one of the people the Earl had grown to like speaking with the most. The intellect and emotional detachment that lingered like an aura to L despite his actual actions gave Ciel strength in his own path. Furthermore, strength was exactly what he needed at the moment.

Ciel left the taxi, giving the driver a nod of thanks before approaching Ryuzaki's door. He knocked in a politely light manner, this time he gave no plea of hurry to be let in.

Finally the burns on The boy's body had mostly healed, leaving heavy scaring down the once unmarred flesh, the bites and scratches from his issue with his roommates and monsters both had faded to nothing but healing marks. He was looking healthy again with all this, were it not for the unusually somber expression that darkened his single eye as he awaited L to greet

L had gone a little crazy installing surveillance cameras throughout the house, and he was careful to check the doorstep before opening his home to Ciel. Yes, it was the young man, and his appearance was consistent and the way he carried himself were both consistent with how he should be feeling and acting at this time. "Ciel," he greeted quietly, expression equally somber, letting the boy in. "Please sit down. We are going to have a candid discussion regarding your behavior and comportment lately. Is someone hurting you?"

Blunt and straight, like a bullet to the face, L's questions typically don't waste time.

"Hello, Ryuzaki." Ciel nodded in return to L's greeting, leaving his head half bowed for a few seconds in semi-formality. The nearly sad expression on Ryuzaki's face was a bit surprising when Ciel looked up considering he could not remember seeing him look such away before, or perhaps his eye was playing tricks on him, after all, the man did usually looked a bit depressed or tired ( ... )

L studied Ciel subtly as the young man entered his home. It was impossible not to notice things about the curve of the young man's shoulders, the distant sadness in his one blue eye. His eyes were drawn to the mark on Ciel's neck, observant and quick to notice new developments, as always. He listened patiently to Ciel's explanation, schooling his expression to one of thoughtful reluctant acceptance. He wasn't going to interrupt the boy while he was saying his piece and answering L's question to the best of his ability, after all.

"Whether your pride is hurt or not... I want to know why you believe you've put an end to it. Concrete reasons. People who know they can hurt you will not be stopped easily, should they wish to do it again."

L didn't know the exact nature of how Ciel was being hurt... but he had seen a great many victims of a great many crimes, during the course of his short but intense life, and he felt that he could make an educated guess. It was not pleasant to think too long on; crimes of a sexual nature were not ( ... )

Ciel let out the smallest of sighs, his shoulders slumping slightly. He did not want to jump deep into the subject in fear that his mask might shatter, after all, it had thinned highly in the past few weeks ( ... )

L had tea already prepared for the occasion; he'd been anticipating Ciel's arrival, and had brewed himself a cup. He tended to make sure that he always had a warm, caffeinated drink in his hands when he was preparing to address a serious matter, and he was positive that this matter certainly qualified as such. Not rushing, he took a seat at a relaxed, leisurely pace across from Ciel, listening to the young man explanation. It was fractured, and much was omitted, but L was getting the gist of things rather quickly.

"Ciel," he asked quietly. "I think I understand what happened. Can you please give me the names of the people who did this to you? I'll understand if you feel that you cannot, but any recollection of the ordeals you can bring to mind would also be helpful to me."

Ciel diverted his eye quietly for a moment, collecting his thoughts. He rolled over what to say in his mind, he was not really sure about giving out the full details, his pride was quite great to admit to being raped by two males, however...

"Their names are Alois Trancy and Seymour Guado, they took into their liberty to make me into their own objects." The youths voice quivered, he never looked back to L as the deep blush of shame brightened his cheeks. He would refuse to say the actual event that happened, but he assumed that would be enough for L to understand.

"I would prefer to leave it at that but...." Even his face twitched shortly into unease before forcing itself into it's wall.

It was enough for L to understand. Rather than avert his eyes, he gazed steadily at Ciel, clearly considering something deeply. He furrowed his brow, trying very hard to put himself in the young man's situation, to see it from his perspective. He'd been pushed into things before, things he wasn't comfortable with and that he resented, but he'd never been raped. It was outside his realm of experiences entirely.

He committed the names to memory, making up his mind to find out more about them, and do what he had to to bring them to justice. For now, though... there was a distraught young man in his house, one he was almost powerless to comfort. He had to figure out something.

"But? Ciel, if there's something you need to say, know that I withhold judgment. I will not condone or condemn."

"'But' I supposed you would want more information then just that." Ciel breathed out, explaining his pause. After a moment he finally raised his eye to return L's gaze. "I trust you not to judge me harshly, however..." He sighed quietly.

"I was too weak and careless to stop them, either of them. In the end it was partly my own foolishness that caused me this torment, I will see this punishment that befell as reminder to never let my guard down again." The boy knitted his fingers, remembering the boy, Alois, clinging to him, crying, begging him not to leave after he had done such terrible things. "This does not mean I hold them at any less of fault. I despise both those beasts."
