I was really scared, because yesterday I ate 3 servings of cashews (like 500 cals), and didn't have a chance to burn them off before going to bed. BUT, i just weighed myself, and i'm a SQUARE 113.5! that really motivates me!
i think motivating myself nutritionally makes me motivated in schoolwork as well. i've been working a lot on the spanish project, and finished my whole english portfolio last night.
For tiddlywinks, I'll go until I can't stand it anymore, probably around 1. i'll leave when they're eating lunch or something, then go to the mall and roam for a while. i'll get a sugarfree mocha thing from borders again and cruise around. at around 3:00 or whenever i get bored, i'll drive over to the pet shop and t-j max. i might even tour the beauty salon for some stuff too ;)
i have to be back by 4:00 to do my spanish. i'll eat dinner at 5:00, finish up some spanish until around 6:00, then go downstairs to work on my project. if i get enough stuff, i can start gluing. which will be awesome, and will take up the rest of my night and my mind off of eating. plan:
sf mocha - 300?
veggie - 30
boca burger - 70
run 2 miles - 260
hr violin - 100

total - 40. this will be good, because my brother says, in order to lose a pound a day, you need to eat less than 283.something calories a day. which i believe totally.
if i want to be 111.something by june 1st, i need to lose 2 pounds in 3 days. i think i can do it, if i don't fucking binge on something. maybe, if i try hard enough, i can be under 110. but i highly doubt that.
