i'm doing a 10 point scale -

1 - 0 calories excercised.
2 - something in the 100s
after that, ([calsburned] + 100)/100
Eat
1 - 900s on
2 - 800s
3 - 600s + 700s
4 - 400s + 500s
5 - 0-300s
for every gained half pound, subtract a point. likewise, losing. I know this hinges largely on the previous day's progress, but oh well.
