Do You Have A Grudge?
School was out today, so they tried to get us faculty members stuck at an in-service meeting. Normally I'd stay for the entire thing, but hell, it was pay day and I just can't take stuff like that very seriously when it's supposed to be my day off. Not only that, but the hour and a half I WAS there, I almost fell asleep(typical in-service reaction).
Anyway, this time around I decided to skip out a little under halfway through to go see The Grudge 2 with Jess and a couple of her friends. Pretty good movie, I'd have to say. I didn't really think they could do much with a sequel to a movie that didn't have a whole lot to it in the first place, but I'm glad I was wrong. I thought for sure Sarah Michelle Gellar got owned in the end of the first movie, so I mostly wanted to see it to figure out why she hadn't. Most people don't really survive a close encounter with Kayako.
I also decided to pick up Valkyrie Profile 2 finally. Being a hardcore fan of the first game, I was immediately taken in by the sequel. The voice acting is very, very good, in my opinion and the graphics are incredible. That's rare for any kind of game these days. I probably won't have a chance to finish it before PSU comes out a week from now, but that's alright. I don't anticipate having much time anymore anyway if I get accepted back into ITT Tech again.
Meh, guess I'd better get back to the school to catch the last break before the in-service is supposed to be over. They'll figure out I ditched if I come in too late, lol
