"In England a man who can't talk morality twice a week to a large, popular, immoral audience is quite over as a serious politician. There would be nothing left for him as a profession except Botany or the Church."

"Life is never fair. And perhaps it is a good thing for most of us that it is not."

- Oscar Wilde

I feel like I never have anything to write in here, so I thought I might start pasting quotes once in a while. I'm reading Wilde's An Ideal Husband for class right now (Yes, I'm so bored I'm doing homework) and he's so funny... He has the best one-liners. Reading him is so entertaining, it's not like doing homework at all :)

But yeah, as you can tell, this vacation has been pretty exciting, haha. Yesterday was definitely the most entertaining day so far... I went shopping. :) I know that doesn't sound like much fun, but it was... I dragged Ben along, and we spent huge amounts of money and saw a lot of people. I bought a new photo album (yes I really did need one!) and like three cds... and I was so excited--I finally found the new Beach Boys cd I wanted! They're my new favourite band of the week.
And then we went to Jungle Jim's and had funky drinks and cheesecake... mmmm... cheesecake. And went to Wal-Mart and bought a plastic dresser-thingy... hehe, I had to laugh at Ben carrying it all the way down South Albion. I forget how the drivers in Amherst are. In Sackville you could be hauling your house down the street and nobody would notice, but Ben sure got some funny looks... people were even honking :) It probably didn't help that it was almost as big as we were.
And then we went to Jess' for a bit... it was cool to see the folks, and oh my goodness Jess, your mother is a piece of work. I forgot how hilarious she is. :)

So yeah, hopefully the rest of this week gets a little more exciting. It'd be fun to go to Terrio's on Thursday and see everybody. And then I think I'm going to go out with Wheaty on Friday... I haven't seen Wheaty and Taijyra and Trevor for ages! I'm a little iffy about Dooly's, though... I've heard that it's been getting even nastier than before (is that possible?) And I think Al wants to go to Moncton at some point too. That would be fun, not that I need to spend any more money, but mmm... Chapters... Future Shop... Radioland... Pumphouse... Yeah, I'll be going along for that, for sure.

Well I think I'm going to go have a nap now. You can only take so much homework, and as usual, I really don't have anything to say (can you tell?). :)
