(no subject)
Sooo tired. Sooo lazy. Sooo not going to class today. :)
You know, sometimes I wonder what the point is in not going to class. Seeing as how I'm stuck here anyway, you think I'd go. But no, I am way too damn lazy today to sit there and do nothing while listening to my boring profs (does that make any sense? Too lazy to sit and do nothing?). Maybe it's just too lazy to be bored. That's better.
Anyway. I've been doing pretty good lately I guess, aside from not getting sleep anymore. The weekend was fun--Friday I ended up going to Jodi's and Duncan's with Joey, Ray, and Dan (Ray's roommate). It was a pretty good time. It was cool to see Ray, and at Duncan's they had the band again. They know Joey by name now (they should, after all the previous harassment) so they will play anything he wants them to. It's great. :)
And on Saturday Ray came and got us at about four, and we went up to Moncton for the night. We went to the pumphouse (drool.. it was to die for) and then went to navigator's pub (the one we wandered through last time we were in Moncton and got lost... of course this time we got lost trying to find it...)! It was a really good time though. The pub had a great atmosphere, and it was nice to just sit around and talk and catch up on everyone's news. We found out Ray's joining the army *sob* which really sucks. But it's what he wants to do, and he might be able to come back after basic training (10 weeks) for a couple years to go to university. Maybe we could drag him to mount A... that'd be pretty cool :)
Anyway, yesterday was fun too... we went up to Moncton (again) for a while and then spent like six hundred dollars within the course of two hours (yes I've been kicking myself ever since) but I'll get a lot of it back and of course everything I bought was absolutely necessary. :)
So the rest of the week should be ok too I'm thinking (besides having no money)... work tonight and tomorrow :( but on the weekend it sounds like there's a lot going on. April's doing something for her birthday at some point, which should be fun, and I think we're going to Terry and Lacie's? And Jess what are you saying about a party? :)
Oh and Jess nachste Wochenende ist die Deutche Sprachwochenende... ob du willst gehen, du muss Alexandra (almnthr@mta.ca) emailen. Wir werden um Schnitzel Haus essen (und Bier trinken), und ein Vortrag horen, und ein Deutch winery besuchen. Es werde viel Spass sein, und es kostet nur zehn dollars (fur essen auch!)... du sollst gehen! :)
