(no subject)
Well, I got a job. :) Now I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not. I can't really decide. It's going to suck not being able to do what I want all the time, but I really need the money. I'm sitting on about 25,000 dollars of debt (since my bank loan came in) and I'm starting to get kind of worried. :(
I couldn't believe I actually got it though! It's at the theatre, and I always thought Eric didn't really like me all that much. He usually torments the crap out of me and makes fun of me (even during movies, he'll come in and start laughing at me for some reason or another!). But I dropped off a resume just to see, and he called me for an interview last night. So I went to the interview, got asked lots of horrible questions ("what are your 3 biggest strengths and weaknesses? What can you add to our empire theater? Why do you want to work for empire theatres?") and then had to write a math test! 90 questions in 20 minutes! Can you imagine! I just about shit my pants. However thank God it wasn't as bad as I expected, and Al gave me extra time :)
So I did end up getting it, and I think it should be pretty fun. I won't be able to do what I want all the time, but it'll be a riot working with Eric and Al. And it's only a couple shifts a week. And hey at least I'll be busier, and not be stuck at home every night of the week. Wish me luck in keeping it! :)
Anyway I should get going here, Christine and I are going out for lunch and she's standing here looking at me. She looks bored so I'm going to stop now. :) So I'll see yas all later and have a good weekend!
