Increasing the Love
Last Sunday I went to Pagan Lunch, it was great to eat at the Greenery and even better to see all the wonderful people I have been missing and whom I enjoy being with. Later after lunch we shopped at Rainbow Gardens in the occult section where I got some incense and tea. While we were there I talked with Rowan, it seems she has been looking for a home for Mister Mugsy, and we had been looking for a companion for our other dog Crickett. I know Mister Mugsy somewhat, have enjoyed his kisses, and his company, so we decided that he would come live with us.
Now Mister Mugsy has not been neutered, Crickett has been spayed, so when Mister Mugsy got it into his little head that Crickett was female and needed some loving, no amount of telling him it wouldn't work would deter him from his mission of love. There was a time we thought Crickett had developed a dog shaped tumor on her back that was humping, humping, humping, humping all the time. But with lots of loving no's, continued removal of the humping small Boston terrier, we have managed to only have Mister Mugsy on Crickett's back for only half a day now. Also we have found that Crickett's kennel, a very large kennel is the perfect place for our love smitten dog, Mister Mugsy.
Come the 24th of this month, Mister Mugsy will be visiting the local veterinarian for a little snip off the back end, and a couple of teeth that need to be pulled can be taken care of then also. Hopefully this will put an end to the love foolery between our two dogs. And may make Mister Mugsy a much better family dog as well. He has taken to growling at the men and has bitten Adam once, I can only think Mister Mugsy thinks the men are competition for his Lady love.
