Dwelling With Thyne Majesty -- Castle Oblivion (COMPLETE)

Axel almost forgot how boring the Castle really was.

Almost.

But it wasn’t like he could really complain. He had a job he had to live up to, no matter what the circumstances were, and it was rightfully his duty to continue on with it even if it had gotten rather dull on several occasions.

… And there was that feeling of regret again. Damn.

”Maybe I’ve been following Riku a bit too much lately…” Axel scowled in disgust, pushing away those fake emotions that part of his mind conjured so carelessly, going about his business in his normal rounds around the castle. The redhead could really care less that he had, or helped in several occasions, killed several of the members so very long ago.

”Death comes swift for those who are careless.” They all died because of their own mistakes. It was nice to reminisce the fond memories, though it was a shame that he was only able to kill one of them off with his own hands. Axel could practically taste the blood that he spilt in his mouth, the shocked cry of his ex-comrade as his blade impaled itself roughly through the fabric through his coat to wound the skin and muscle.

Now that was stress relief, especially as his green eyes glazed over at watching the body in front of him writhe; coating his hands with layers upon layers of the thick crimson liquid.

I wonder if that was light or darkness that was spilling out… Axel had to stop and chuckle at his thoughts, laughing even harder at remembering how pissed Riku seemed when he dodged his questions so eloquently. But then, the redhead suddenly stopped when he noticed where he exactly was in the Castle.

Resting there, right next to him, was the door that lead to the Superior’s office.

”…” Axel quietly stood up straightly and readjusted his coat a bit so it wasn’t hanging so sloppily off his body; gloved fingers tracing themselves through those crimson spikes to make sure that none were sticking out in odd directions.

Well, since he was already there…

Slowly curling his fingers into a loose fist, the redhead raised his arm up and tapped at the door a few times; emitting a sound that seemed to span across the empty hallways surrounding him.

”My Superior,” He started, tone devoid of any emotions as he slipped into a business-like persona. “May I enter?”
