Stars Falling on a Wonderland - Open [incomplete]

(continued from this thread)

Naminé had expected to see the familiar blue sky stretching above a canopy of grass and mushrooms, the normal Wonderland sky that she had seen in Sora's memories and in Castle Oblivion. She didn't really think Riku had ended up here, but it was the closest world to Traverse Town, and she already knew that Riku was no longer there. Maybe she had just landed in Hollow Bastion and he threw himself to the closest world? It was wishful thinking, but that was all Naminé had to go on. And she was stuck regardless - she had not mastered the Dark Corrider and didn't even know if she could use it. She didn't even know what she rightly was!

Looking up, Naminé blinked. The sky was blue, and the grass and mushrooms were there... but they were accompanyed by streaks of white across the sky, coming down in the hundreds, maybe thousands, numbers bigger than what Naminé could imagine. It looked quite beautiful and reminded her of the false, yet comforting memory that she had created. The one where she and Riku (and sometimes Sora, but that memory didn't count. She made Riku's first) stood on the beach and watched the stars fall. That was when Riku supposedly promised to protect her, even when no such thing happened. But the stars did fall on Destiny Islands once, when Kairi arrived, and -

"Oh no!" Naminé's admiring gaze turned into one of horror when she realized what falling stars meant. It wasn't a good thing, she remembered that. "Axel, this... what does it mean?" She asked the Nobody next to her, a look of worry etched on her features. "This isn't supposed to happen, is it?"

Falling stars... that meant the world's barrier had broken down, if she remembered correctly. Perhaps something even worse.

axel, naminé
