I wanted to finish something yesterday before New Years, but again, I ran out of time for that too!

*sigh* I'm not having a very good day today. My koi outside in the pond got...beheaded by some creature that came by at night. There were 14 fish...now only 5 are left. What a way to start the new year. ;____;

Reminds me that my sensei, who also has koi, was watching them one morning while having tea. And a bird just took one right out of the pond in front of her. It was quite a shock. ;-;

Even when I don't have classes, I still can't seem to find time to do everything I want to do. Too many things to do and experience!

...it was a little shocking. Herons have been coming by spying on the fish so my dad covered the pond with a net, but it didn't keep out the creature that came by at night. ): I'm glad that there were some survivors. At first I thought they had all gotten killed.

Wow. That's pretty shocking too. Poor outdoor fish...I don't know how we can make it less dangerous for them.

I seriously need to find some time to finish where I left off of your Memories of the Future fic--except I also need to go reread Mekakuni so I'll understand it better too. XD :sweat:

I had to reread the series again to get myself back into that fic. ^^ I sort of...got some dates and facts messed up already since I take such huge breaks in between chapters. I have the feeling that I'm really messing up their character.

Have you ever listened to the Mekakushi no Kuni drama? It's cute. It took me forever to find it. Wish they covered more.
