Anime Expo 2017 Merchandise
Stuff I bought from Anime Expo!
Day 1, I spent a good chunk of my time lining up for Yamamato Sayo and Kubo Mitsurou's autograph, while Days 2-3 were spent on trying to attend panels (and often failing). Day 4 was my shopping day! I wrote up some notes on the panels that I did get to attend, so I'll at least be posting about those.
Got myself another Arslan Senki poster. o/ My favorite one is the one shown on the box though. Haven't come across that one yet. Arslan looks gentler there~.
I used to collect a lot of manga and have stopped collecting as many because of space issues, instead collecting more keychains, straps, charms, etc... and now they're kind of taking a lot of space too. :'D Anyway, new additions to my charm collection~. Really happy to find more of Haruichi! This one booth had a bunch of him. :D I was basically circling around their booth, going "Um, there's a lot I want from your booth..." And then I pointed out a bunch of stuff one by one, with the employee following me around their booth. So, 6 new Haruichis to add to my Haruichi collection, and they're all ones I hadn't seen before. A Maya and a Nahyuta (also from the same booth), Hiei, Kaitou Kid, and Teshima Junta. I already have the Junta charm, but I wanted an extra just in case the one I have breaks, since he's currently in the very dangerous position of hanging on my purse. XD The Klavier and Yoon charms are from Artist Alley. :3 (I've bought Kija and Shinah from the Yoon artist during the last Fanime and AX. I couldn't remember if I'd bought Yoon or not, so I held back last time.)
I didn't think I would run across Phi Brain plushies! Rook and Kaito! Finally, the Nonoha plushie has friends now~.
I also came across Days plushies! Very rare. XD The seller even asked me, "What sports do they play?" She knew the other sports series, but not this one. (Soccer!) Next to them is a red bomberman and also a Kuga from World Trigger. I was hoping for either Kuga or Osamu from the blind box. :3 If I hadn't gotten either of them, I was going to give it away as a gift, but what do you know, Kuga graced me with his presence. :3
I debated back and forth if I wanted to get the Conan plushie. I'd bought the Kaitou Kid one at Fanime. The Conan plushie doesn't quite have as big a presence as the Kaitou Kid plushie with his huge top hat. But I kept going back to the booth, so I bought him in the end. o/ You can't see his body in this pic, hahaha. Oh, and I also came across a small Conan plushie. :D I thought he was made in the same style as the small version of this Kaitou Kid plushie I bought at Fanime, but nope. After comparing them, I found out that the Kaitou Kid at home actually has dot eyes, lol.
Nagisa and Makishima plushies~. I bought these because I was cosplaying both series, though not these two particular characters. XD

Two prints I bought from Artist Alley on the final day. :3 Yu Yu Hakusho and Fire Emblem (Soren~~). The artist of the YYH one also had a Hunter x Hunter print with the HxH group playing on the other side of the arcade. It's really cool seeing both prints side by side! She also had a bunch of dakimakura cases. I was seriously considering her Kurama one, with Shuichi on one side and Youko on the other side. XD;; But in the end, instead of buying that, I went back to the Exhibit Hall to buy the big Conan plushie. Decisions, decisions...! One artist also had really cute Conan and Kaito charms (Conan on one side, Shinichi on the other side, while the other charm had Kaito on one side, and Kid on the other side). But she already sold out on those... ): I guess that's what happens when I shop on the final day. XD; (And I guess I really do like characters with secret identities, haha)
The Conan figure is of episode one Conan. That green jacket is so iconic, haha. Even what, 20 years later, whenever the flashback to episode 1 happens, or even in the new episode one, Shinichi is wearing that really outdated jacket. XD I'm very amused that his hair tuft in the back comes as a separate piece. After I unboxed him, I had to stick his hair in his head. It falls off very easily too... I hope I never lose his hair. Next to Conan is Arslan! I never thought I'd see an Arslan figure. :OOOOOO He was discounted too, since probably not a lot of people were looking to buy Arslan figures. XD I don't remember Arslan's bird's name... but the bird is detachable. XD
