[Legend of Sun Knight] fic: Goodbyes and Hellos (oneshot)

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I first started writing this fic for kiyutsuna's birthday back in September. I obviously didn't finish. Thought I could finish it for Christmas, but that didn't happen either, and I didn't make it on New Year's Eve or January 1st either. But here it is, finally! /ends the fic drought.

Oh god, I was so happy when I saw the new fanfic but the first sentence already hit hard. And when the first part was finished, I had to stop to wipe away the tears; what are you doing, Lucathia? ;A;
And after that I had to stop too many times again. I love reading things that break my heart and I have to applaud you, you did it really greatly without it seeming to be forced! You have writing skills I wish I had! x3
I might or might not have cursed at you in the middle of this ...
With the title and how the story went on, it is really fitting for New Year! Now I'm just left hoping that someday their reincarnations will all remember this and then yell at him for being so adorable!

I'm really happy to be able to post new fic, and to have actually finished something. :') I wondered if posting a story like this on Christmas or New Years would be appropriate... Like, look, everyone got killed off! Happy New Year! :'D;

Hopefully the ending was lifting enough to battle the depressing beginning. :') Though imagining them and Roland having to look after the world for so long is kind of painful too...

The ending is kind of like a new beginning~. I guess that's fitting for New Year!

AHhhhhhh, I didn't think I'd make so many people cry... But it's nice hearing strong reactions to the story. (Blame Kiyu for adding fuel to the fire with this story~~)

It's so good that I have to share it immediately. This song is also one of my favorite. When I drew the illustration for "My very own creature of darkness", I kept listening to it again and again since it inspired me so much. Maybe when I have time, I'll try another illustration for this fic and name it after this song's name :D
