Nyanko-sensei went on a trip around Japan with two of his loyal servants. Here are his travel diary entries! (In other words, Lucathia got bored while stuck at the airport during the first day and decided to fiddle around with her phone. Then she thought she might as well continue for the rest of the trip. These are done on Line Camera.)

I'm sad that I didn't get to go to Jump Festa! It sounds like a lot of fun. But I'm really glad that Jump Festa was the only thing I missed from my planned events. I thought I would have to give up on the Tottori trip altogether! (I satisfied my Jump needs by going to J World later haha) Namja Town was creepier than I thought. XD So much Japanese horror type stuff!
Oh gosh, the used anime goods shops... XDDD What really got to me was that I would think to myself, "I've already been to this store, I don't have to browse through the store again" but then I'd find out that they have new stock. XD;; The shop near where I was staying where I'd seen the figures was closed on New Years, so I thought I might not be able to get the figures after all! But in the end, I did manage to find them all (even Ryoma, when I hadn't even seen him before then).
Yes!!! I won a huge Prince of Tennis towel from the UFO catchers. XDDDD And a black Mokona I nearly couldn't fit into my luggage, haha.
Ahhhh, Comiket! I browsed the Prince of Tennis section first, on the first day. Reasonable presence! More than I thought. I was hoping to find something featuring Room 201, but I only found them in pairs and not all three of them together. The Kurobasu section was huuuuuuuge, as was the Haikyuu section. The moment I headed over to those sections, walking became impossible. Browsing was very impossible too. Most of the wall circles were all Kurobasu ones, even the wall circles not in the Kurobasu sections. On the second day, I mostly browsed through various game doujinshi circles, none of which had huge presences like the sports anime series from Day 1. I also took a look at the otome game section (reasonable size but not crowded at all) and the shoujo section (very sad). Ace of Diamond, Attack on Titan, and Yowamushi Pedal were also day two, in the West Hall! Yowamushi is huuuge! G2n and I ended up searching for each other by saying, "I'm at the wall facing the Toumaki section" etc. Basically naming off pairings. :'D;; (It seems that Arakita is currently very popular)
We bought tickets for Skytree when we got there. They had us take a time slot paper, and then get in line to buy tickets. The wait wasn't too bad, thankfully!
I sent off your package today. You should get it Wednesday/Thursday~ :D

Hah, I thought Namja town was getting rid of the horror stuff. I guess they just made it bigger? Now I'm even more interested in going *.*
Yes, anime shops!! Even Animate (not-used) had different merch when we went at the beginning and end of the trip o.O;; Japan is kind of scary. It makes you realize how much merch we lose out on in America. ^^;; Probably a good thing. But there's also such a huge mark-up. OTL
Wow, I can't believe you won!! Oho, I want to see your towel and Mokona *.* I'm glad tenipuri still has a fandom XD well I guess that's obvious, so much merch is still being made, that makes me happy! I just started Yowamushi - haha, just started, I'm already on ep 16 - it's so slashy XD I can see why the fujoshi love it, it's great.

We went to a lot of different Animates too, since each one had different stock. XD;; There is such a huge markup with the merchandise... so much that while I was in Japan, I was pretty much thinking, "omg these are so cheap."
I'll put up pics in a merchandise post. :DDDD The Tenipuri towel is now stretching across my wall~~. Yowapeda! It is so easy to ship different people in that show. XD

Omg... that's what I did... and went to a lot of Shounen Jump stores... the 3rd set of special tenipuri manga came out, and I was determined to get every single pin. ^^;; It's so bad isn't it? And now that you're back in America, you'll never want to buy merch here cause you'll feel like it's a rip off. And it'll be at least a year before you see new merch at American cons. I mean, I'm still seeing merch I bought almost two years ago in Japan showing up here in America. *laugh*
