it's really very-very-very good.
the first part - about Demos, his thoughts, recollections - oh my god, very touching, sent shivers down my spine, sooo disturbing and... oh, just hard to explain. like a blast for my brain)
the second - about Grisia and Demos - my, laughing))) yeah, Grisia super bright))) poor and happy Demos)
and this Grisia's descriptions - ooooooh))))) wonderful!

and oh. Roland. how can you not go and buy a pie?

I was going to put a note about how this chapter isn't as fluffy as the previous one (I actually thought it was kind of depressing!) but I think most people just felt Demos was cute? I feel he needs a hug. ;___; (Though I think I'd scare him). I imagine Demos to be very reclusive, choosing to hide in the dark by himself rather than stay in the presence of others, like a moth that's staying protected in a cocoon, but when he meets Grisia, he takes flight and reaches out even though it's all kinds of uncomfortable for him. Even though he wants to shy away from it, he is also attracted to the light all at the same time. Ah, conflicting emotions. :3;;

Heh, I imagine Roland was a bit caught up with his own matters. ;)

it's not depressing, it's heart-acheing but in a good way. and very good mix with sadness, humor and a bit of philosophy :)

I do agree tho, there's such an abyss of his darker past that most people don't tend to explore @.@ what with the kidnapping and all. But ahhh this is heart wrenching! And happy too. I guess after getting dragged into the 'light' by Grisia, and with all the knights his past doesn't matter muh anymore. Same goes for all of them xD the 12 holy knights are their niches and future now *glittery eyes*

Oh dear xD why is it that demos have gotten himself into a even more... Concerning spot with Grisia the pope... Those spells! Together they could bring the apocalypse!! 0.0

But yeah. You're a goddess Luca. Grisia/Demos have sky rocketed on my ship list now xD

I was really surprised to learn of his past. His disappearing ways always seemed to be played for laughs, but to think there was childhood trauma involved... *hugs Demos* I had to write about it. ;___;

I am so going to have Demos learn some magic. :D What affinity do you feel he has?
