I've featured Aldrizzt, Neo, Gui, Chasel, Adair, Wicked, Storm, and Sunshine so far. I don't think either Prince or Sun will get a POV, as I like writing the POVs from more minor characters, and we already know LSK through Grisia... maybe Prince will get a POV) (past tense)

Conclusion. I think I actually write Judgment the most. Huh... I even started out with writing Judgment for Entries in a Holy Knight's Journal (my first LSK fic). I thought maybe Sun's POV would be the most prominent, but he's not... not exactly... I like writing Sun just fine, but I like writing from other POVs more since we already have his thoughts from canon. I do like writing about what other characters think about him though, hence "My Friend, the Pope (in-training)" which features a bunch of POVs EXCEPT his. ;) I love writing about Adair, though I never feel up to writing from his 1st person POV. It's always 3rd person or omniscient. I want to write more about Adair...
Of course, this doesn't take into account fic length. Bittersweet Sweetness makes it feel like I'm only ever writing about Judgment and Sun. =P In general, I feel I have a good spread of characters. But it seems that I've yet to write anything from Ice, Moon, Metal, Stone, and Cloud. Hm, gotta fix that~. (As for Roland, I've only written chapter 1 of My Friend, the Pope (in-training) from his POV... otherwise, I haven't featured him much yet. Many of my fics are set before he shows up in canon... Haha, I even have a fic about the Pope, and a fic about Tyler, but no Roland-centric fic... I suppose he is the main "antagonist" in two of the fics... and he is important in A Vice-Captain's Tale... Even though he won't show up until the very end...
I definitely use past tense way more than present tense, but I like to switch it up sometimes. Writing LSK is awesome in that no one bats an eye when you use 1st person (and might even prefer if you use 1st person). I like to switch it up between 1st and 3rd too, though I tend to lean more towards omniscient 3rd person if I'm not writing 1st person for LSK.
I reaaaally like flitting around POVs. *looks at Invincible, Entries in a Holy Knight's Journal, My Friend the Pope....*
Dishonest Honesty would have been alternating Storm and Earth POVs, but I think I'm dropping that fic...
A Hundred Times Over will probably be Sun, 1st person. Hm.... I find that kind of boring. XD;; Maybe I should rethink this... I don't want it to become stagnant like Grace!
