As Jimmy as already said, using the term "racism" is a huge fucking red flag. That kind of shit follows you, especially in today's online world. Second, it seems the mods didn't realize why they posted what they did; it was because Vaal was being a stupid fuck and they were mocking him and his comments. No racism involved.
