I'm discovering that the Sarah Jane Adventures is not just methadone for Doctor Who fans jonesing for their next fix of this year's specials. LB is really getting into it and, since it tries not to involve guns, that's a good thing. However, since he saw this he's got rather jealous and has been campaigning to attend the next DVD signing at Borders. I know that S2 is due out on DVD soon so if anyone gets wind of signing dates, could they let me know? Living with a kvetching bear is not fun.
Meanwhile, despite having a pretty spiffy site for the series, the BBC in their wisdom have decided to premiere the trailer for S3 on their press office pages - WTF??? (if the anchor doesn't work, scroll down the buttons on the right - it's worth it)
Also Digital Spy has a great interview with Lis Sladen using the kind of language you probably won't hear Sarah Jane Smith employing on CBBC. OK, it's only 7 bloodys and a bugger but together with this outtake from...somewhere, you get the impression this lady doesn't take prisoners and must be a riot at convention Q&As
