Almost there!! The Certificate of Eligibility that I need to apply for my visa is in transit. Must prepare my documents! So excited. (✿◠‿◠)
Yesterday I had lunch with Pamcy, Mon's friend/blockmate who also went to AIU last year. It was embarrassing to ask so much, but my eye for details really tends to come out. I even asked how she worked the washing machine. w I've never used one myself... nor have I much experience in doing housework, but hopefully I'll manage.
Today, on the other hand, I met some students from AIU, who're visiting the country for charity work (care of their organization, V-ACT). Tai (Mon introduced us before), Iyo, Hazuki, Yuki, Sho, Mio, among others! They were all really nice. And surprisingly young (freshmen/sophomores)! They invited me to dinner but I unfortunately couldn't go. Hopefully there will be other times to hang out before meeting at AIU!
Lately I've been trying to pick up Japanese again. But after a long bout with Korean dramas and no class to keep me fresh, my language has suffered. I need to re-familiarize myself with conversations and whatnot, since songs don't really teach me anything in terms of grammar. w I'm actually watching doramas to practice, but it's hard to find episodes. www With regard to formal lessons, my goal is to self-study at least 6-7 chapters (ideal: 12) by the 23rd to get into the language level I want.
I'm also practicing over at my
Japanese twitter. Check if you have the time! (◕‿◕✿) 頑張ります!!
