the GazettE
LIVE TOUR 12-DIVISION- GROAN OF DIPLOSOMIA 01
11.26.2012 @ 青森市民ホール
OPEN 18:00 / START 18:30
My first GazettE live after being their fan for almost 5 years! I think my excitement got to the point where I was actually nervous to see them. Is that weird? 笑
I arrived at the venue (which was a 5 minute walk from the station, or about 20 minutes from my hotel) at around 1:00, and of course there weren't a lot of people yet. I got to talk to a few people who were kind of surprised that I was from the Philippines. Something about exchange students mostly being American and whatnot. 笑
The goods table opened at 3, and I bought the pamphlet, the WACK shirt, the BE@RBRICK strap, plus the poster. I eventually gave in and bought the Raglan shirt, too. Oh my wallet. ;; But I got everything I wanted and came for, so what can I say. 笑 Here's a picture of the goods table, and spoils taken after I got home:
Anyway, back to the show. My seat was on the second floor, block C, number 18, which was thankfully dead center, even if it was just a tad far. Wasn't complaining though, since I had a pretty good view of the stage nonetheless. It started right on time, with the staff jokingly telling us to "break our heads" and have fun.

Anyway, it was literally the best concert of my life so far. I wanted to take everything in but more than that, I wanted to have fun! So guess who headbanged and jumped around like crazy to the point of having stuff joints for about a week afterwards! This person right here. (^o^)/
Though it wasn't allowed to bring cameras inside, I sneaked like, two or so pictures of the stage towards the end. Sorry! Who knows when I'll ever see them again? Also, the mob that left the building all at the same time. 笑
All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm glad to have insisted on it somehow (but of course, not without having worked for it!). Worth every yen and drop of sweat. :)
It was worrying at first because the show before Aomori, in Niigata (which I initially planned to go to, too), Ruki seemed to have experienced some throat trouble, but I'm glad it came back and he got to sing with us. Aoi's twitter that night was also, for some reason, very cheerful, implying the show today was particularly great for him! I'm so thankful to have been a part of it. Thank you, Japan, for giving me a really unforgettable night in Aomori!
