yesterday at work, a customer came through my line
after i told her that i could take her next so she didn't have to wait.
she wanted to buy a set of 9 candles with her coupon but i told her they were on sale.
she then replied with " you always give me an attitude every time i'm here"
i was kinda of like "bwah?" but i replied with 'im sorry, but your item is already on sale for 5.99".
she asked what the original price was, and i told her i didn't know off the top of my head,
and she got angrier than before and was like " are you the manager!?" and to which i replied
" im a supervisor, yes."
lady: " why cant i buy it with my coupon"
me: "because the item is already on sale, ma'am."
lady: " but its original value is 6.99"
me: " no ma'am, I believe it 9.99"
lady: " you're the rudest person ever!"
she then paid for her things and walked out, even her children were as confused as i was.
i don't understand, when im actually being polite they say im a bitch.
another lady got mad at me for not having an item in my store,
she told me i needed to get it right now.
i asked her how'd she like me to get it, because we don't carry it.
lady 2: " i don't care but i want it now"
me: " sorry, we don't carry the item" [begins to walk away]
lady 2 : [as shes paying for her other shit] this is ridiculous, im never coming here again
me: [ as walking away under breath] i guess i need to pull it out of my ass
seriously, 2 hours later, the second lady came back in and bought more shit.
i really wish they'd keep their word and never come back.
