I am sooo proud of myself! i jogged today for a
half an hour and then stretched and then sit ups
lunges, pushups, squats, and leglifts! i have
gained so much weight this past year and it has
really affected me. I just dont feel happy with
myself, and i dont want to see my sister again
for the first in close to a year, being as heavy
as I am. I mean i dont think that i am fat, but
i could tone up some, i wanna lose 10 pt 20
pounds... so i have 3 and a half weeks to do it
so the countdown begins!! wish me luck!
