actually, it was my kids that hooked *me* on SPD. I'm still kinda baffled by it...
hook um when there young! oh yah! my kids are firmly set on the path to becoming full-fledged sci-fi geeks. My oldest quotes Monty Python & the Holy Grail on a regular basis and he used to know the opening dialogue for season 1 of Babylon 5.
I think my hubby is sometimes *facepalming* over this. not like he has any right to talk. mr 'I'm gonna buy an '08 Camero and put an autobot sticker on it. cuz that's so not geeky at all, right?
Thats awesome, your kids totally rock. Sounds like you have them watching the right stuff. Were all sci-fi buff's in my family, when I was still living at home Voyager was a family affair. Oh, and Battlestar Galactica = Love. But I do have to say SPD is the awesome, I'm so glad I accidentally caught an ep, I was like woa, PR is good again. I hadnt liked anything since space, so I'm glad I got back into it, and met all of you!
