Well, I picked up from earlier. I made ginger biscuits, and four batons from the french bread style dough. By the feel of them, I think they might be full of holes when I cut them open. I'm guessing it was too warm where I put them to prove.

I'm tired again, though. Now, what to make for dinner...?

ETA: Well, I was wrong! The batons had a lovely texture and were as good as anything I buy. Now I want the secret of a proper 'crusty' finish. [grins]
