Back from German! Yey!!
I was so longing for this trip to Munich, really. Way before I fell in love with Japan, I discovered how much I loved Germany, specially Munich, and started learning German 5 years ago. But my parents refused to take me there because they don't understand a single thing of German and their English is also not that good. But this year, as a gift for my certain entry in Med school, we went there.
And I loved this city. I am definitely going to do Erasmus there, even if is just for 3 months, I want to feel the city from inside, because as a tourist you obviously miss a lot. It's true that I am not that good riding a bicycle but since “everyone” uses them there I am willing to give it a second try..xD And the buildings are so beautiful, like they all stopped in time. Even tough most of them were damaged during the World War, people rebuilt them to their original state.
And after Munich, we went to other places around Bayern and I have to say that, altough I really love the green and the nature feeling I was not expecting it to be so cold. I know German is not Portugal, but hey it was 40º there about a month ago, I was not prepared for rain and clouds all day, with temperatures at 15º average.
Specially when we went to the Alps and it snowed. XD During those times, I wanted to be nex to Arashi (well, I want everytime, but that time specially :3) to show them that sometimes double parka is usefull and necessary, specially when you only have t-shirts or no sleeves shirts and you have to use all the jackets you brought, which were only 2...
I also loved the castles by Ludwig II. Sure he was crazy not to want to be with society and building all those super rich and extravagant castles even tought he was swimming in debts, but if he didn't we couldn't see them nowadays. And one of his castles was even the inspiration for the castle of Cinderella, the one that's the centre in Disney Land (at least in Paris it is).
Not wanting to bother you with all my toughts about this trip, I just have to say that if you can, please visit Bayern and Munich. You sure won't regret it, cause for me it was my fav holiday trip ever! =D
And guess what I did as soon as I got here? I finished Smile, that I had left in the 8th chapter before leaving. Oh and I cried so much! >_< I really liked Gakki acting here. How well she could me make me feel what she wanted to transmit altough she couldn't speak is something not everyone can do, ne? Of course Jun was also amazing, but I never know if I'm being biased or not. =P
Now I have to watch Hotaru no Hikari 2 and still not knowing what else. Suggestions? Looking for comedy this time, some romance is ok, but not really sad stories please. >_<
Oh, and I have to clean my house, finish a project for AST (I so hate when I lose work that I had already done and took me so long to do..-.-) and, of course, enjoy the last days of summer holidays with my friends!
