Well I haven't updated in a mad long time so I thought it was time to keep everyone up to date on all that is Pyro. First things first. My goodbyes. It is sad that I must do this but as with all things in life we lose those we care about.
The Infamous beer pong table seen above was the toast of the last couple of Pyro's parties. A long standing rivalry had emerged at Pyro's Summer Bash. The Matts vs. The Tanks will forever go down in history as one of the greatest rivalries in Long Island beer pong history and it started at my house. May She Rest in Piece.
(Summer 2004-Winter 2005)
Second to my former job of Sharper Image. I got forced to resign over a myspace blog that I posted when I wasn't promoted. To Joe and the gang, "I wish you and your crew godspeed."
Ok now that that is over with I have some other important news to tell y'all about. I am no longer going to be living at home. That's right. I'm moving out. Down to North Carolina to be exact. The NASCAR capital of the world is getting another representative as Pyro makes his permanent residence Greensboro, NC. I go down in a couple of weeks to look at houses and then we're in.
On another happy note, My New York Rangers are in a tie for First place with the Philadelphia Flyers after a 5-2 win over the rival New York Islanders. I've been waiting for this for this for a long time now since our team has been playing so shitty over the last couple of seasons that it was almost as bad as watching a Knicks game. (Don't worry, I haven't sunk to that level yet.)
Also, the greatest band in the world, Green Day, is nominated for record of the year for "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" at the Grammys this year. Go Green Day. We need to go out and vote America. Your voice needs to be heard. We need to push Green Day so that they will win the award and come away victorious in their only Grammy nod this year.
Well, that is all for now. I hope this entry finds you well.
"Live Long and Prosper."
This is Jeffrey Scott Ornstein singning off.
