While I have no problem BEING up at 4:30, I hate GETTING UP that early. 4:30 should be approached from the 'I'm still awake' side, not the 'I'm getting up' side.

"We do more before 9 am than most people do all day." Grumble, yeah but only because we get up so damn early. Still, I did sign up for it, so I should just shut up and get moving.

Actually, today wasnt' too bad. Let's see...

Drove 100 miles
Stood in a big formation, then marched at the front of the battalion for a pass and review in front off some high ranking officers
Certifed that I destroyed a hard drive that used to contain secret data (I used a big rock *grin*)
Reset three people's passwords
Installed a scanner on someone's machine
Spoke to the Battalion Commander about transfering to Space Command
Gave out advice on creating a cool presentation on VCD
Scanned and ordered furniture
Introduced a local community representative to the BC

drove 100 miles home

Busy day. But a typical army day for me. Lot's of tech support!
