Saturday At Opus
After a busy day helping my brother repair his house, I cruised down to the Opus fest to catch Caustic Soul's acoustic set. It rocked! Elysium Fields sounded especially great.
After CA's set, I hung around for a bit, socializing. bete_noire convinced me to stay for Voltaire. The only thing I had ever heard by him was "God Thinks". Voltaire was cool. For those who haven't been to his show before, it was part stand up routine and part satire/parody music, with targets including Star Trek, Goths, wannabe vampires, evil and especially pushy Christian influences. The show was great, and even better for the company. :)
Now, off to sleep, soon.
