(no subject)
the wedding was absolutely perfect. i am not even kidding. it was small, simple, and comfortable. the only flowers in the church were the alter flowers, but Pleasant Hill UMC is so beautiful it really didnt need a lot of fancy flower arrangements. the alter flowers were white, but our flowers were fall colors, burnt orange, dark red and a beautiful purple color. it felt like the people there were only people who truly loved the two families, not a lot of random people that "had" to be invited. we had people calling our house all week offering to help get things together. my sister was phenomenal!!! not only did she look beautiful, but she wasnt nervous or stressed. it was almost creepy. she glowed all day, and you could tell it was, seriously, the happiest day of her and matt's life together. they are a beautiful couple.
i am going home again on thursday for the big interview. friday at 2 pm. ahhh, i am so nervous/excited.
james dean got a new house! my dad bought him this super huge cage, with a hutch in it and a toy. haha it cracks me up that my dad bought the rabbit a toy. its supposed to "stimulate his mind". hahaha.
its funny, because as much as i was expecting this i still feel i reserve the right to pout. and i am going to. not necessarily because i care, but because i can. granted, i'll get over it by the end of the day, forget about it by the end of the week, and in a couple of months remember it and think it was stupid of me to be such a baby about it anyway. but since i am a girl, i am soaking up the opportunity to act like it. and not be ashamed.
deep down i think i am still a 7 year old girl. i still whine when i dont get my way. i still laugh a lot and turn bright red when stupid things embarass me. i am still very immature about anything that should be discussed as an adult. and more importantly, i still think my dad is the only man on earth i will ever be able to fully depend on.
i am hungry...but hate breakfast food. so maybe i'll fight it off til lunch. yum, lunch. i could totally go for moes.
