It's been
raining, and raining, and raining.
And blowing, and blowing, and blowing.
My leg does not like this weather. I have been sitting on a large exercise ball to try and address some of my back and core-muscle problems, but it still hurts to sit if I do it for too long, and a noontime walk is not welcome right now.
Meanwhile, here in my cubicle things have been going funny. Someone with my job title gets a cubicle that encloses about 9 square meters - just dividers, no door. A Director gets about 15 square meters, enclosed by a real office with windows, a door, and walls that go all the way up to the ceiling. We have had some reorganizations in my ministry such that there is a new Director, who needs a new office. So in about ten days I am getting kicked out of my cubicle, so she can take over her new office.
The funny thing is that they are building AROUND me, so that for the last few weeks my cubicle has been inside an office:
It saves me having to move twice, but in the meantime I have had to breathe a lot of drywall dust and I feel as if I am in some kind of psych experiment... people come and tap on the windows....
