So goodbye untill tomorrow... and I will be waiting for you
so today was a weird day, some parts were good and some were bad.
we started with rehearsal, and the whole show is done. It's going to be ok, I wish we could have had more time to rehearse and clean. But I love doing it, and there's a special connection with this cast. I think the audience will like it. It sounds great, the choreography's great, and the lighting and costumes and sound will be great. But what do you expect? This is Broadway we're talking here ;-). This show will be more like Tulsa, but whatever.
but then we finished running the jellicle ball, and people were talking during rachel's song. then carl yelled at them. and they kept talking. what idiots. then he brought us into the new room, and yelled at all of us. the thing is, the person he SINGLED OUT in front of everyone didn't even get it. wow. it was really embarrassing for all of us.
and then there was the pro show. we had a small pit chorus today, but we did really good. and the show was fierce, in every sense of the word. everyone put on their best game, and you could really tell. there were tears in the audience during memory.
but then it ended. and basically so did my life. it was time to say goodbye. to everyone. so i said goodbye to gavin, meg, sabra, shannon, and joris. and then i went to say goodbye to brad, andy, and travis, come to find out they're staying for ACC (im on green team, as marigold fezziwig... again)!!! I am so excited, especially for travis, because we get along so well. and then it was time. i had to say goodbye to kenny. i cried. me and kenny bonded so well over the summer, and it just ended like that. then i had to go to erin. i sobbed. she was like my big sister for the past few weeks, and i got so close with her.
and then it came time to say goodbye to lucas. i was bawling. he's been in my life for almost 3 years, and all of a sudden its just over. and he wont be coming back all year, maybe never. that makes me really sad. like, really really sad.
so thats what went on today.
