My brother makes an adorably in-character Romano. Plenty of people took pictures of us together, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to find one of those eventually.
Also, I am now determined to make an Austrian Succession!Spain at some point in time.
I also obtained the "ひぐらしのなく頃に ビジュアルコンプリートガイド" or, "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Visual Complete Guide." OH MY GODS, IT IS AWESOME. It has, like, ever official piece of artwork from every season of Higurashi in it, plus character descriptions with their designs from each season, and interviews with cast and crew, including of course, SOUICHIROU HOSHI and RYUUKISHI07. A;SDKJGA;DKJG;DJKG It even has a tiny little picture of Ryuukishi07 himself. X3
I'll probably type up the interviews because I would like them to be translated, if that's possible.
I... I think Souichirou Hoshi's shirt says "You should commit a sin" in Gothic/Old English script. XD
While I was cosplaying casual!Keiichi on Saturday, almost as many people who recognized me as Keiichi thought I was "Scout" from "Team Fortress Two." It depressed me greatly.
But I did get my photo taken plenty of times today thanks to the addition of my casual!Romano brother. XD
This Higurashi artbook... I am totally in love with it. I haven't even seen half of the official artwork in here! Especially from the first season! I want to scan them and icon them, but I don't want to ruin my book in the process... D;
But yeah, it was awesome at Sakura-con, and I'm glad I was able to see so many people. Karaoke-ing Dear You was especially fun. The applause I got made me happy. Plus, Beatrice was in the audience. XD
That Beatrice was with a Hanyuu earlier in the day. The Hanyuu was very nice.
lanekana , who was dressed as Mion, and I spoke with her for a long time.
I'm going nowhere with all this, so I'm going to stop now. I'm going off to sketch some of the art from the artbook now. XD
