Lookit I maked!
I had some left over pork butt that had been marinated in Chinese BBQ sauce. I thought, 'What do I do with this?! I know! CHINESE BBQ PORK SAUSAGES!' And thus they were created. I also added some green bell pepper and some green onions.
I have already tasted a bit that wasn't stuffed into the casing. OMG, OMNOMNOM. Question remains, though - how are these best served?
