Yes. They're fried dough with frosting and glace on them, and often a hole in the middle.

I believe we had these in one of the worlds I have been to in my home. Though due to unfortunate circumstances, I wasn't able to try them myself. [Takes a small bite out of it.]

... It is... I'm not exactly sure. I suppose you might say that it is sweet tasting. And... I believe I like it, as well, yes. [Looks just slightly sad, but is still smiling at the same time.]

... This may be a bit abrupt, but... May I ask how long you have been here?

... I heard something from someone who has apparently been here a long time. And it made me wonder about something similar, yet related. So I was wondering if you had enough experience to ask such a question. ... Though I'm not certain how long that person has been here, either.

Oh. Well, I may not have been here as long as some people, but I can't really say no if you've got a question. I've managed to figure quite a few things out for myself.

... Then I shall ask. That person said that this place is just as quick to take away what it gives to those who are here. What I am curious about, however, is if it ever returns what it may take from someone upon arrival.

I suspect it may return things, occasionally. But only if part of a connection to a larger event. For instance, for a week my photographs went missing, and during that same week I believed other people here to be my family. But when that impression faded, my photographs were returned.

I suspect whatever you've lost might not be returned, but if it is, it'll be when it's most inconvenient to you.

I see. It is not particularly something I want returned in the first place. So I sincerely hope it isn't returned.
