A note to Security
To: Bernard, the Security Office and any other entities who may be concerned.
From: Lt. Dahai Iohor Naraht of the Federation Starship Enterprise.
I was instructed to write a report concerning recent assaults to my person and persons of my acquaintance. It has previously been related to Security Officer Barry Allan concerning flagrant abuses of power and persons, in particular the treatment of Don Andres by the fae known as Puck and the entity known as Q.
Two nights ago, I happened upon Q in Milliways and informed him that his behavior was both dishonorable and in violation of the rules of Milliways. At no time did I make any move to inflict violence upon his person (as incredibly useless as that would be), nor did I verbally threaten to do so. I merely said that he would be reported to Security for this if he did not undo what he had done, apologize for his actions and guarantee that he would not violate the rules of this establishment again.
For my trouble, Q transformed me from a Horta into a human female. This was particularly traumatic due to the fact that my brain was almost completely unable to cope with the input from new sensory and motor organs (I am doing somewhat better now, though. As can be deduced by the fact that I am able to create this report.).
Moreover, I was not the only person who was assaulted in such a way. Dr. Peter Venkman also informed Q that his behavior was unacceptable and was transformed into a teenage human female. Again, no physical threats were made toward Q. He simply does not care for entities to tell him that he is in the wrong and has extreme and highly inappropriate ways of expressing that displeasure.
I ask Security to quickly and appropriately enforce the rules. There has been some talk about Q's near-omnipotence and the difficulties this causes. However, if rules are not to be enforced on those who are more powerful, why should we bother to have them at all? I sincerely doubt that any of the patrons of Milliways will enjoy their stay here with the knowledge that their peace and well-being is subject to the whim of a powerful entity with all the morals and scruples of a spoiled hatchling.
