Why, why, why must football have such an impact on my mood? I’ve been such a downer all day it’s bordering on being ridiculous, and I have to say I don’t much like myself when everything is this black. I’ve laughed meanly at the failure of a skier I dislike, I’ve sworn at Pierce Brosnan for being a terrible James Bond*, and I still haven’t managed to finish my essay since my mood stands in the way of finding any form of red thread - football has become an impairment!
What’s worse, I suspect there is only one way to cure it… Which gods do I have to pray to for Miro to get some playing time?

I should be writing on my book, too. Thing is, it gets difficult when my self-invented creatures start eating characters without my permission. I’m in need of some form of inspiration-boost, or crossing the 60,000-word limit is going to take forever. Music suggestions are never wrong… *hint hint*

Anyway, 25 minutes left of Gladbach - Schalke. I shall ignore my mood and keep feeding this unfortunate football addiction instead. At least van Bommel seems to be having fun at Milan, so we’ll see if the same will apply to Reus or Neuer today. Ta ta!

*Sean Connery is James Bond. No-one else comes close.

krauts, these people kick balls for a living, salto klose, mark van yellowcard, sports, living legend, h'education
