We got to sleep in this morning, hotel breakfast was horrible, so once we rode down the cable car into town we found an outdoor cafe along side an extension of lake lucerne. it was a really nice view. Then we walked to the Musegg Wall and climbed up 7 or more flights of very narrow stairs to get to the top of one of the towers but the view was amazing. After walking along the wall we went to see the Lion of Lucerne, which is carved in the side of a rock. The guy working on it got made at the people so he cut out the shape of a pig around it. There was a fountain with fresh water from the alps so we all drank out of it. It was good and really cold. we also saw the chapel bridge which is one of the oldest wooden bridges ever and the sprever bridge that has paintings in it with skeletons in each painting (very weird). also went to Harry's (a swiss watch shop). went inside Hof church which was beautiful, saw the outside of Jesuit church btu didnt go in because a mass was going on. For a late lunch we went to a grocery store, i got a fruit cup because i had been craving fruit so badly. then we met up for our cruise in lake luceren which was really pretty. then we took a train up the mountain to the hotel for dinner (this train is one of the steepest trains in the world). katie ate pure butter at dinner and grossed me out... and after dinner the group watched "Euro Trip" which was funny, i should have watched it before leaving. i didnt think i had seen it, but i think jonathan got it right before we split up becuase i remember the song "scotty doesnt know" but i didnt remember anything else from the movie so i dont think i ever watched it.
