rape defense class works you up so much, i seroiusly needed to just go back to the PEIF and use the punching bags i think that would have made me feel better. gosh i love that class its so awesome. Every girl needs to take that class, and i mean it, its not just a logical fallacy. It is really beneficial and not necessarily bc you will get raped, it just makes you more aware of your ablilities and helps you get out any pent up aggression you might have.
