Cars and Granny's

At work, have to get mock late night stuff together for SPIN today. Yay and foreign language quizzing to top it all off.

So in my Business Law class, we discussed a large tort case where an elderly woman got 15 million dollars for being blinded and having other facial injuries as a result of a negligent accident at an auto shop.
On the appeal, the defense argues..."she is just to old to be worth this kind of money."
The reason I mention this is because it sparked a class debate about the "depreciation" of PEOPLE. The analogy of an old automobile was even used in class. HAHA.... Just another insight into the lawyers of tomorrow.

Exec Staff interviews are done and my date with the hottie A&S counselor. Who by the way told me I will graduate on time. (which kicks ass)

Thats all I've got. Later on!
