Listenin' to the Blues.
I could have went to Jazz Fest with John Mark and Nick yesterday, bc when I went into work, I wasn't on the floor plan. Kelly made me stay though. That pissed me off bc I only made 40 bucks in Gazibo section, which is the party section with the big bucks. Too bad we were slow as fuck yesterday.
So last night was interesting. I was invited to Mandeville for a drunk get together (the twins, myson, kenneth, ect.), Hammond for Brett Morrison's party, and BR for another party. I went to BR bc I havn't seen those guys in forever, and I love hangin out with them.
I met up with Eric at the North Gate and got SOAKING WET. OH! Before I left, my driveway was like a lake. I couldnt tell where the ditch was or the gravel road. I literally almost floated to my apartment building. I was standing in water up to my knees! Anyways, we both went to the Varsity to find his friend, who wasn't there. In fact, no one was really there so we waisted 5 bucks. The music sucked too, haha. Off to Adams party we went, with me almost wrecking 4 times bc of the weather. This dude lives way the fuck out there.
The party was great, I watched some awesome break dancing and did some interpreted dancing myself when I was um, tipsy. I just remember shaking my ass a lot. No surprise. Someone told me that the other girls were giving me dirty looks after I did some crazy dance to the Gorrillaz. I really didn't say one word to them all night, and they have to be bitches. This is why I am friends with MALES. Bc they don't get all catty for no reason. I ended up doing keg stands. I have crazy pics of the party too! They shall be posted on Facebook.
Oh, and Karl, I was NOT having an arkward time. I had a fabulous time, darling!
My friend, Jason stopped by before he went home to say hey. I felt kinda bad bc he seemed out of place when the party was dying. He was cool with it though. Learned that he is a surfer. Hot. Totally California.
So yeah. Saw some old friends like this one particular guy who later admitted on the phone that "I was the cutest thing he has ever seen" and that my dancing intimidated him. Great. haha. That SO made my night though. He wants to see me next time I'm in town. I couldn't stop smiling bc I literally considered him "out of my league" bc he looks so good. And is wanted by various women. Typical. :)
It kinda aggrivates me how my personality intimidates almost EVERYONE i meet. Even my good girlfriends admit how I can get pretty intimidating to talk to bc of various good reasons. Hmmm...I duno. It still sucks sometimes.
Time to revise my paper and go to work! Yay!
