Oh, livejournal. I have not forgotten you. I even still check you on a weekly basis.
Life has been pretty good, as of late. There have been some crazy things going on with my family. Matt came back to live with us for 3 months while he was looking for a new job. Patrick decided that he wanted to divorce Angela, give up his rights to his 3 daughters, give Angela the house and run off to be with a girl in Canada. Well, Matt found a job and has been in Afghanistan for a few weeks and Patrick reconciled with Angela and they are now in marriage counseling. Wtf.
Me and Kassey went to China a couple of months ago. It was quite awesome. I had a lot of fun and met a lot of bizarre people. The Great Wall whooped my ass, but it was so worth it. My recommendation would be to not get wasted on Fire Water prior to climbing the wall. So, please keep that in mind. After that, I moved in with Nick for almost 2 months while Matt was here. While I was with Nick, I turned 22...woooo. 22 is a boring, shitty age. I never get carded at restaurants, bars or even grocery stores anymore. It is kind of depressing.
I took two summer school classes last month. Some of the easiest A's I think I will ever procure. School starts in about 2 weeks. I'm only a year away from moving to Tucson to finish up school. I love that everything is working out for me. I give myself a thumbs up. Work is lame, but it is an easy, steady paycheck, so I can't really complain. I decided that I just need to deal with it and stop complaining all the time. Complaining just makes everything seem so much longer.
