Summary: A meeting that is not as coincidental as it appears.
It was late for lunchtime, but as often happened, Rufus had more or less forgotten to eat. Then he happened to hit a lull in the day and realized that he hadn't ever had lunch. It was honestly more logic than hunger that had prompted him to go get food. So he left his office and made his way to the exit of the building, Dark Nation tagging along behind him. He opened the door, and very nearly ran into someone opening it from the other side.
"Excuse me," he said, then paused as he realized who he had almost run into. "Ah. Shelke Rui, isn't it?" He hadn't yet met her in person, but he'd seen pictures. And--oddly enough--he had a distinct reason to talk to her. What a mindboggling coincidence. Of course, there must have been some other reason for her being there, but even so. That seemed strangely convenient.
