There's movement of black and blonde, moving slowly but confidently across the landscape towards the North Corel. Her entrance into the plan was well planned, she would slip within the locals unnoticed due to Sephiroth's extravagant entrance, waiting for the right moment to move forward, exposing herself as a former Turk who received the gift he would speak to. A shining example that no matter who they were, who they came from, they too could be blessed. Blessed...with Geostigma? However, before her time came, Sephiroth was cut short by another suspicious individual - somebody from Sephiroth's history it seemed. Somebody Vega knew as well.

Vega. From her position behind a nearby building, Elena's eyes narrowed on the little female who stood so close to her their charge. Had she the materia to do so, Elena would have used an Earth materia and shoot her skyward. The audacity that the little girl had - talking like she understood what Mother wanted. What Sephiroth wanted! And that she - she! - could protect him. He required no protection, not from anybody - least of all her. Green specks flexed and dilated, seething anger jealousy? focused on the center of the the red-head's back. Fingers twitched at her sides, her firearm growing heavy in its holster beneath her arm. Emitting a low growl, she turned away from the trio, pressing her back against the building behind her.

Idiot! Get control of your anger, 'Lena. You're no good if you're seeing red and.....hold on, I know that sound.

Glancing upward, Elena scanned the sky for the helicopter she was sure she heard. Surely it had to be nearby, even if the sound of the blades chopping into the air was nearly inaudible. But the question was who owned the chopper and who was riding in it? Whoever it was - WRO or ShinRa - they could not be allowed to enter the city. Their presence could turn the tides, encourage the townspeople to rise up against Sephiroth, thus ruining their plan. Taking another peek at the Vega, Sephiroth, and new-pain-in-the-ass trio, Elena confirmed they would probably be kept busy for some time. It sounded like the new pain-in-the-ass had an ego that could rival Sephiroth's, so surely they'd be bickering and and forth for quite a while. Taking the initiative - she'd fill Sephiroth in later - Elena headed back towards the edge of town, the Turk in her reviewing all means of entrance, safe landing locations for a helicopter, and best means of entering with little disruption. Keeping those aspects in mind she hurried onward, eyes moving left to right, right to left, scanning the horizon for familiar black suits.

Reno had pulled his goggles down over his eyes, it was dusty and bright in Corel and he wasn't going to let something like getting dirt in his eyes get him killed.

He had something of a bad feeling about this, how much could the three of them do against Sephiroth if they had to fight him. There were a lot of things he was willing to do for his fellow Turk. Running headlong in to death wasn't exactly within the top ten on the list.

Contrary to everyday appearances, Victoria was perfectly capable of being quiet, focused, and very observant. She walked along with Reno, scanning the area. Where would they find Elena? What would they have to deal with if they found an opportunity to get her out of here?

There was a small flash of movement in Victoria's peripheral vision, and she whirled toward it and had a hand solidly on her gun before she realized it was Elfe, now moving along side them, a little ways off. It was probably a good strategy. Less likely that the three of them could be discovered all at once. She shot the other woman a brief, conspicuous smile before returning her attention to the way she'd been walking before.

Not a far ways off, Elena's strides slowed, head turning from one side to another, listening for faint, audible traces of movement. It didn't help the town itself was rather noisy - what with the altercation going on and the sheer confusion of the town's inhabitants. Clearly this wasn't going to be easy - especially if she was dealing with Turks and whatever else Rufus Tseng ShinRa sent to deal with the situation.

Taking cover behind one of the nearby boulders, Elena peered up the slope, trained eyes trying to find something, anything that would -

Red.

Giving a quick, short exhale, Elena shook her head slightly. How many times had she told Reno his bright red hair was like a homing beacon? He was moving towards the town, though where were the others? Tseng would have never sent Reno out by himself without Rude or some other backup. Especially not when Sephiroth was involved. Drawing her firearm, she lined up her sights to his head, leading several inches ahead. She wouldn't shoot him, though maybe it'd teach him a lesson to lay low and stay out of sight. A warning is what he needed. This place isn't safe.

KER-KOW!*

A slight squeeze of the trigger, a carefully aimed shot, and a single bullet soared through the air, creating a little puff of old, decaying bark just in front of Reno. The sound echoed against the nearby boulder, just nearly defeaning her ears. Once the noise melted into silence, Elena pressed her back against the boulder, shouting up the hill over her shoulder. "This isn't the time or place for you to make your move, Reno. Take Rude - or whoever you brought with you - and head back. North Corel has been taken."

(OOC: *fear my lame sound effects!!))

Despite having been keeping an eye on her surroundings, the shot took her by surprise, and she immediately ducked behind the nearest cover she could find: a large rock that only barely hid her. She peeked around the side of it cautiously, slowly pulling out her gun. She was careful not to make any sound. She wasn't too far off from Reno, but--given the words--she hadn't been spotted yet, and she didn't plan to be for the moment.

She'd seen photos of Elena, but had never met her in person. Now that she could see her in the flesh, she was struck by the younger Turk's resemblance to her older sister. Though she would know better than to comment on that to either of them.
