I'm here again, reading my last post in which I was hoping my 28th year, and also the year 2008, would be better. I posted that in November and subsequently had a rather crazy December - but!!! - so far 2008 is much better. I haven't felt any of those heart-wrenching emotions, haven't felt used - I have been, actually, happy. Things aren't perfect, of course, but if I expected things to be perfect I'd have a pretty long miserable life I imagine!
I know I need to update LJ, I need to check up on my friends list, and I am going to start slowly doing both things. I'm a little tired of MySpace and I like the relative privacy of LJ, at least for me, no one knows I have it and most of my entries are locked.
Anyway. I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but hooray for life being much better this year! Hope everyone is doing well.
