I went out for a very pretty ride today. 41.5 miles. It was a bit cold, but mostly sunny so it was nice. All sorts of critters were out enjoying the spring as well. Ducks, rabbits, geese, lots of other birds.
Surprisingly there was even some snow still on the ground. Just some tiny patches in the woods, but more than I would have expected after the warm days we've had. There was a lot of flooding though. Lots of low areas were covered in water, and I had to alter my route a little bit when I ran into an underpass that had turned into a pond. I did feel a bit bad for the two hikers with full packs that would have to go through there. It looked boot drenchingly deep.
